Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipments
  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • Expedited Domestic Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • Domestic Carriers: USPS, FEDEX, and UPS
International Shipments
  • Standard International Shipping: 4-7 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • International Carriers: USPS, UPS, and DHL
Duties and Taxes
  • All international orders will be delivered duty unpaid (DDU), and all duty and tax charges will be paid by the customer upon arrival at your local country.
  • We are also not responsible for any VAT or Customs Duty Tax, it is at the sole discretion of the customer to pay any fees associated with VAT or Customs Duty Tax.
  • International returns due to the refusal to pay duties and taxes will be sent store-credit only (excludes shipping costs), refunds will not be allowed for refusal of international packages.
  • Orders denied by the customer will be shipped back to the seller and will be subject to a USD $15 restocking fee.
  • We suggest using a trackable insured shipping service to prevent packages from being stolen or lost. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees are non-refundable on refused/return packages. If your merchandise or package is returned due to a refusal of delivery, failure to pay customs, or failure to pay duties charges - you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and will be sent store-credit for the remaining paid amount. By purchasing from 86 West, you accept that duties may be required to import the products into your destination country.
Address Changes
  • Your shipping address can be modified at checkout. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, you must send us an email or it will be shipped to the address on the order.
  • All address changes must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed.
  • We ask that you contact to request any modifications.
  • Please note that once your order has shipped, 86 West cannot change the shipping address.
Undelivered Packages
  • If a package is undeliverable and returned to the 86 West processing facility we are unable to re-ship it, without an additional shipment payment from the customer.
  • All undelivered packages will be processed as a return and will be sent store-credit, excluding shipping costs.
General Information
  • To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.
  • The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
  • We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

Returns Questions

Return Policy

For your convenience, we offer our customers the option to return eligible products within 14 days of purchase.

  • All sales are final except for items purchased at full price. Returns of unopened and unused items will be honored up to 14 days from when the product was received. 
  • If any package seals are broken the product will be deemed as used and thus cannot be returned. 
  • Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order or we cannot offer you store-credit. We recommend carefully reviewing your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
  • Upon return, 86 West will only issue store credit or exchange. Store credit will be issued in the amount paid excluding shipping costs - and refunds will not be accepted (exclusions only for products purchased at full price)
  • Sale items are not eligible for a refund. Sale items include any orders purchased at a discount including items bought with promotional codes or coupon codes. All orders that have any codes applied will be considered as final sale.
  • Orders with a promotional code applied either given by our newsletter email, newsletter popup, ambassadors programs or any of our promotional platforms are considered sale items - any orders using these codes will be valid ONLY for store-credit or exchange (no refunds). We will not issue a refund for any items that have a discount applied to the order.
Lost Packages
  • Once the package has left our facility - we are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods.
  • If your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend opening a claim with the shipping company.
  • There will be no refunds or replacements sent out until the investigation has been concluded.
Return Process
  • Orders may be returned using any shipping method of your choice at your expense, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to have the items sent back - orders must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • All products shipped back must be unopened and unused. If any package seals are broken the product will be deemed as used and thus cannot be returned - to expedite the return process please ship the item(s) back with the original packing slip invoice.
  • Any returned items will be inspected by our returns department to see if it is qualified for a return - damaged, opened, or used products with damaged seals will be sent back to customer. 
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for our returns department to review and inspect the items that are sent back.
  • For any items approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 21 business days.
Order Cancellations
  • For cancellations - we must receive an email ( within 24 hours from the time of purchase, to be approved of a cancellation. If we do not receive an email within 24 hours, we will not be able to cancel the order.
